Yet most organizations focus on skill-building for only one of these roles. It is crucial, then, to understand all three – their shared and unique characteristics, skills, and interrelationships. Furthermore the value and distinctiveness of one of the roles, followership, has often been overlooked or, worse still, misunderstood. To highlight the absurdity of this, imagine what would happen if we took a pair of dancers and only trained them to lead. No matter how proficient each of them became at leading, the partnership would not work.

Needs analysis
We begin every engagement with a new client by conducting a needs analysis so that solutions fit. Courses and programs are always tailored to your needs.

Programs and workshops
A variety of programs and workshops are available depending on the team and the specific challenges it faces. We have general workshops (half-day to multi-day) which introduce the idea of The 360° Employee (our core model). This is the perfect starting place for new teams, or aligning teams when not everyone is on the same page. More specific segments are available for team decision-making, communications, goal-setting, performance management, cultural change, new leaders on-boarding, and team formation.

For quicker hits, we also provide keynote talks at offsites and employee meetings, as well as other HR support such as internal communications, articles for newsletters, or leadership training.
